See how the story with TRACK. Its automated word tracking and alerting function will provide all the meta data needed.
As Twitter is a very organic system, a topic or Tweet can spike in popularity very quickly and then level out just as fast. But you might want to follow a subject for a longer time to see whether or not it stays relevant or get statistics for a follow-up action.
This is what the TRACK feature was designed for; it is an easy-to-use word tracker that works as a standalone module or can be called up from INSIGHT. The TRACK feature allows you to keep on top of an event or story.
The main chart on the picture below shows the number of tweets that contained your keyword or combination of keywords. You can select the desired time range for the data view: per day, week or month.
By default the chart shows the number of Tweets per week, but you can also choose “today” or “month”.
With the arrows on the left and right you can go back in time, one day, one week or one month at a time.
The graph and data are also easy to export for use in your reports or articles.
Easy follow up
Track is easily accessible from INSIGHT. Have you found an interesting topic just hit track and stay up to date and get alerts when something changes.
The alerting function lets you know when a topic is talked about more than usual. Set your parameters and get an email or sms when something is up.
Use track to gather meta data about a topic or particular set of words. As soon as you hit TRACK you will get rich data and graphs that are easily downloaded to use in your article or report.
